Order Cancellation

Buyer or Seller may cancel the sale by terminating the order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase price without interest, minus any transaction fees. Please allow us some time to provide a refund as we use the funds from each order to purchase necessary parts to construct the machines. Notice that this may be up-to 6-12 months depending on order type and quantity. We do this to protect the company from getting orders and obtaining inventory to construct the machines, then there is a possibility for funds to be tied up in inventory for some time. If we cancel your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.

Return & Refund

1. Returns are Accepted

In most states, merchants are not required to accept returns of non-defective items as long as the “no return” policy is clearly stated or presented to the customer before purchase. Here at Merlin's Gem Bot we DO accept returns of machines that are not damaged by the purchaser. 

2. Refundable

Refunds are accepted for machines that return in an unused and working condition. 

3. Timeframe for Accepted Returns

30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.

4. A Returned Item’s Condition

We accept unused machines, and allow lightly used machines to be returned if no damage has been done to the machine(and its contents) and the machine comes back to us as we have sent it out. The Gem Bot must be returned in its original packaging to ensure a safe and secure journey back to us. All machines are tested before shipping to ensure proper functionality.

5. The Refund Process

To Return Merlin's Gem Bot Automated Faceting Machine please contact Ryan Barbrick at BarbrickDesign@gmail.com

Step 1: Send email stating why you wish to return your machine.

Step 2: Send pictures/video of the machine showing its condition.

Step 3: Receive approval for return.

Step 4: Ship the machine in its original packaging (Buyer pays return shipping as we cover initial shipping to the customer)

Step 5: We inspect the machine and make sure it is as we have sent it out and still functional. That there has been no damage to the machine by the purchaser.

Step 6: We provide a refund for the complete purchase price of the machine minus any seller fees (within a 6 month period). If we have not shipped your machine yet, please give us some time to send a refund as we build machines based on orders coming in. As of now we use the funds received from each order to purchase parts to construct the machines. If you request a refund before we have shipped but we have already started construction on your machine, please give us some time to return parts and recoup the funds invested into building the machine that you have ordered.
