Challenge Test Ideas

Updated: Mar 17

Lets think of some unique challenges that we can put our Gem Bots to the test! Maybe have monthly challenges that we all try our best at and at the end the winners will receive a sweet prize.

I think this will be a fun way for the community of Gem Bot users to hone their skills and really show the world what the machine can do when it's put to the test.

I'll start by adding a few challenge test ideas.

Speed run challenge- how fast can we get through x amount of material with our Gem Bots. Can we preform 20 stones in an hour? 50 stones! 100 stones! What tricks will you figure out to increase your speed? Comment here with your ideas or your challenge results. We can create an official leaderboard for certain challenges that will be featured on the homepage of the website.

Big BOSS Size challenge- who can cut the largest stone with their Gem Bot?

All the small things challenge- what's the smallest stone someone can cut with their Gem Bot? The smaller the better for this challenge!

Money on my mind challenge- This one's simple. Who can cut the most expensive stone with their Gem Bot? Must provide proof of sale for this one!

Oh so beautiful challenge- Who can cut the most beautiful stone challenge! This might take some voting to climb the ranks.

So many shapes, so many designs challenge- Who can cut and catalogue the most shapes and designs. This challenge will be a marathon!

Clone a stone challenge- who can replicate x amount of stones with the same shape, design and dimensions. The more clones the better for this challenge.

Zoro's blade challenge- who will have the most amount of cuts(facets) on a single given stone.

These are just a few neat ideas I have came up with in a few minutes of time. I would love to see what other challenges people come up with.

Comment below with your idea and it just might make it to the front page of the website! Take on challenges and submit your results to be featured on the home page of the website for the world to see! I'm excited to see where this goes.

Submitted by an anonymous user- "Another potential challenge would be to cut a rainbow - a stone each in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple." I think the greater the spectrum of color the higher the rank on this one.

Another possible challenge would be to cut a rainbow, a stone each in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Any kind of stone as long as its the right color.
