Since shipping international for such large units has been quite expensive we have decided to limit the larger machines to US based customers only. But do not worry, we have a mini version! This will not include the large wooden base that you may have seen in our how to videos on the main page of the website. As you can see in the last picture how the upper frame will fit. The Gem Bot Mini will be the Complete upper assembly attached directly to a smaller stainless steel base. All the functionality is the same as the larger units, controlled via the touch screen controller, we have just removed the large fancy wooden lower base.
Machines are built to order as of now. And we are always improving on parts and design. Please allow at most 2-6 months for construction and delivery of your ordered machine. As I get more orders and build an inventory of machines this delivery time will be cut down dramatically. After the machine leaves our facility the responsibility of the machine is out of our control. If a machine breaks during transit by the shipping company then the buyer must submit a claim with their shipping company. The buyer is responsible for repairs, maintenance and safe use of the machine after it leaves our facility. In no way will we be held responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur from machines that leave our facility and that are out of our control.
